Team is fantastic. Service is beyond excellent. Every experience I have had... and there have been many... as been slick, problem solving, and on more than one occasion keeping me on the line, when I am sure I'm all set, to do the extra checks and and ensure all is in order before I leave. Wow!!! Again I was blown away with the speedy and excellent service. So my current (ex) ISP has taken 3 1/2 days to escalate my issue (no internet) and I decided to go back to Afrihost because I know their service is exceptional. Thank you guys!

Geraldo J is a very skilled and professional assistant. I always use the WhatsApp chat to get my issues sorted but till this date no one has provided such amazing and skillful assistance thus far. It's quite impressive actually...I'm a Tech guy myself so seeing someone go above and beyond their scope of work is important for the brand. I'm a Vuma Reach client & also the admin on a WhatsApp support group for Vuma Reach in my community. From my personal experience as a client & an unofficial support for the community Fibre issues, I personally would recommend Afrihost as the best choice for a Vuma Reach ISP.
