Afrihost customer service is amazing. Such a pleasant experience to transfer my line toe my new address and the whats app support option was easy to get the service activated again. Afrihost is the ISP you want.

Team work is dream work For the past week the team work none stop to resolve my problem every day I was asking the some thing and they did what I ask them helping my resolve my problem all I can say great stuff Keep up the good work I know is difficult with people like as who don’t appreciate but u guys are doing a great job in this difficult times we are facing keep pressing on don’t back done becuase the competition is real out there Remember it was team work AND I THANKU From a very happy customer In Cape Town

With everyone's complaints regarding their providers, I'm really glad I went with Afrihost. The app is always updated and lets you know where an issue might be, while their staff and whatsapp chat never fails.

Applied on Monday with @Afrihost on 26/10 for Fibre installation & made payment later in the day. 27/10 got a call from installer- @vumatel to schedule installation & received confirmation via sms & email. Today 28 installation done 2 hours earlier & 20 min later after installation. I am online Outstanding customer service and clean installation by Vumatel contractors.
