My line had just been activated, but I needed to have the router from Afrihost in order to actually connect to the internet despite the line being "active". Dineo M assisted me to set up my current router to ensure that I have access to the internet until the router from Afrihost arrives! 10 stars!!! Patience and outstanding customer service!! Best internet experience since joining Afrihost 3 months ago after being with Telkom for may years. Their client service via WhatsApp is outstanding. Not holding on for minutes to talk to an agent and passed from one to another. One stop problem resolution.
