Best Technical consultant I've ever dealt with in anything. I sent a message to their whatsapp. FUMANJI responded and helped me sort out my wifi after I was getting terrible signal for 2 weeks straight only to find out router software was faulty. He replied to each one of my whatsapps within seconds of my response and didn't leave me hanging until the problem was solved. Give this man a Bells! Honestly jokes aside best service ever from consultant.

Have had my fair share of bad experience with ISPs but I’m glad to commend both VUMA and Afrihost for a really speedy fault logging and resolution. I had connectivity drop completely on Friday evening. Logged a call via WhatsApp on Saturday morning, the Afrihost technician was very polite and I got a reply indicating it would be attended to within 3 working days. Quite a bummer given we work from home. Literally 2 hours later, a VUMA technician was on site. He troubleshooted for about 3 hours and then suggested he come back the following day to try one more option. He came back on Sunday and confirmed the problem was a configuration one. This morning, Monday, I gave the feedback to Afrihost and Jehan assisted in reconfig and voila I’m sorted. I was impressed with the quick responses and commitment to solving the problem. Thanks to both VUMA and Afrihost.

Unbelievable service and quality.... Ordered my fixed LTE at 9am in morning and received it after 2 hours... The routers were already set up with sim and wifi setting as per application, very thoughtful! Never seen anything like this in south Africa.... This is some ultra developed world kind of experience. Unbelievable!!

I have not had any problems. I get what I pay for and if there is a problem I have found that Afrihost is quick to resolve it or give a satisfactory explanation of the situation.
